The study aimed to find out the extent which faculty members of Faculty Economic، Commercial and Management Sciences at University 20 August 1955 Skikda were aware concept intellectual capital great role it plays in building dynamic renewable capabilities level human resources university that cannot be imitated، then analyze impact on performance under study، Where descriptive analytical approach was followed this by relying questionnaire as a main tool data collection. population consisted 125 college professors. A simple random sample 50 professors selected. 44 questionnaires retrieved، represent number members. In analysis، we relied SPSS statistical analysis program.
